Founded in 1968, Dalian Zhongshan Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian, China, which is the earliest professional manufacturer of microwave absorbers in China. In 1973, Dalian Zhongshan and the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP) jointly developed the first microwave absorber in China, which filled the gap in the country. In the past 50 years, Dalian Zhongshan has built more than 2,000 anechoic chambers for the domestic aerospace, aviation, electronics, weapons and other industries, and exported to South Korea, the United States, Russia, Japan, Vietnam, India, the United Kingdom, Iran and Taiwan and other countries and regions with high cost performance.
 
Dalian Zhongshan's main products are microwave absorbers based on polyurethane foam, including pyramids, wedge, flats, and special shapes. In recent years, Dalian Zhongshan has developed and produced new products with superior microwave absorbers based on EPP and EPS materials. The “ChangZai” brand microwave absorber produced by Dalian Zhongshan has been rated as the famous trademark of Dalian for many times.
 
Dalian Zhongshan has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification in 2005. Dalian Zhongshan has advanced mechanized production lines, from foam cutting and forming → impregnating → drying → spraying → packaging, the entire production process is in digital and mechanized operation, to ensure the consistency and scientific performance of the product. Dalian Zhongshan has a self-checking anechoic chamber and advanced testing equipments. Dalian Zhongshan is equipped with the arch method tester, the US HP sweep signal generator, high-precision network analyzer and low-frequency coaxial reflectometer testing device to achieve wide-band sweep measurement. In addition, Dalian Zhongshan is equipped with NRL report 8093 testing equipment, oxygen index meter and other flame-retardant equipment, which effectively guarantees the monitoring of product quality. Dalian Zhongshan has a professional installation team of microwave absorber with rich construction technology and construction experience of tall and large chambers, and has successfully completed the installation of thousands of chambers.
